A collector blank 1 is obtained from a copper rod or pipe, and a collector blank 1 in the form of a crown with a profile corresponding to the collector profile, pasteine is obtained by known methods (Fig. 1-). As a result of pulling the workpiece 1 of the collector through the conical opening 8, the insulating plates 7 are clamped between the collector plates 5, and the technological bridges 6 are deformed. Then the tool 9 is placed above the ring 11 and the billet 1 of the collector 1 is pressed into the ring 11. The diameter dj of the ring is equal to the diameter d. The ring 11 with the billet 1 of the collector is mounted on a lathe for machining operations of the billet. In the course of machining, a notch 2 is made and the technological jumpers 6 are removed.
After finishing the machining, the reinforcing metal ring 13 of the collector is placed, for example, in the recess 2, where it rests on the protruding surface of the mica sheets, without contact with the collector, i.e. without electrical connection (Fig. 7).
The ring 11 with the workpiece 1 collector then centrirztot over the bottom of the form 14, in which the collector is poured with resin and which has for this purpose a blind hole 15, designed to accommodate the workpiece 1 collector, withdrawn from the ring 11 by feeding the cartridge 10 (Fig. 7).
Then, the upper part of the mold with the collector sleeve 16 is installed and the resin 17 is poured to form the rotor housing (Fig. 8), the peripheral part of which, equipped in a known manner with windings connected to the collector plates, is also filled with resin in another form (not shown) .
